Shannon, Your story is brilliant and we are excited that Londolozi has been recognized in so many ways for it’s “forward thinking”. We feel lucky to have seen the progress over the past decade and more. Memories abound of the steps that have been taken to incorporate the Londolozi Conservation Model into the guest experience. We were at Londolozi the day the solar panels were turned on for the first time and were amazed by Chris Goodman as he toured us way behind the scenes! You have provided a huge amount of data for us to digest and we will do our homework to stay current. We loved seeing all of the great staff and family images too! Well done!!!!

Thank you for your kind words, Michael & Terri. It truly is a very special feeling to live and work in such a unique and beautiful environment, in a family owned and run business with a very hands-on sustainable approach. How magical that you were here to witness that!

All better experienced on a second visit to be appreciated.

I absolutely agree with you, Vin!

Londolozi is indeed a very special and lovely place. It is really satisfying to think that by going on safari there, lots of people get good jobs, can support their families and that nature does not suffer because of the guests. The opposite: animals can thrive and are protected there.

I couldn’t agree with you more, Christa. Thank you for your kind words.

Awesome blog today, thank you Shannon.

Thank you, William. I am delighted you enjoyed it.

Well documented Shannon with everything explained in detail. Londolozi is a fantastic place, full of wonderful and skilled people working to keep Londolozi at its best.

Thank you very much, Valmai. Londolozi is indeed a very special place.

This is such an interesting and informative article and I’m so glad you posted it. I’ve admired the Londolozi model pertaining to their guests, protecting the environment and most of all, supporting the locals in their quest to have a meaningful job and good education for their families. I am really looking forward to going off property to view and meet some of the farmers that are part of the Ripple Fund that I proudly support. See you soon!

Thank you very much, Denise. I am so glad you enjoyed my blog, and am thrilled to hear you are interested in visiting some of the wonderful Ripple farmers during your next visit! We are all looking forward to welcoming you back home soon.
