Shannon, what a beautiful story! On our recent visit we experienced the “effect” that the Londolozi Ripple Effect is having on the local economy and the guest experience. With much of the food coming from farms like Nkhensani’s there was a perceptible pride coming from Chef Chane and the foodservice team from the meals they prepare! On each visit we are more impressed with the creativity and passion coming from the women of Londolozi! We would love to hear more!

Thank you for your kind words, Michael and Terri. We are so inspired by Nkhensani each and every day!

Shannon, thank you for sharing Nkhensani’s incredible story. May she continue to prosper and flourish.

Thank you so much, William. Stay tuned for more stories and updates on the Loondolozi Ripple Fund in the future.

Nkhensani is definitely a beacon of light. After her degree she had many challenges to overcome, which she did. Then going back to take over her father’s farm after his passing was another challenge for her. She did it with her sister and know they have more challenges to farm organic way which is so much better than the chemicle way. Well done Nkhensani!!! and may your farm become the first to show others how to farm organic way.

I couldn’t agree with you more, Valmai. She is a remarkable woman and we feel very lucky to work with her.

Shannon, thank you for sharing the journey of Nkhensani. Her story is inspirational and certainly a role model for others in the local communities. Her dream to have a “demonstration” farm in five years is within her reality given her her passion and perseverance. It is evident in the delicious meals served at Londolozi, sourced from home and local community farms that the Ripple Fund is working and offers a creative way to give a helping hand to those in need, whilst seeing and enjoying the results. Congratulations Nkhensan!

I am so glad you enjoyed the read, Denise. Nkhensani is an amazing woman!!

I’m so inspired and so touched to read about Nkhensani – her path, her vision and her success – amazing and inspiring! I would love to see more stories about all the people who make Londolozi and life in the bushveld so special. Incredible work with the Ripple Fund – so great to see such tangible results!
