Reading the quote above immediately made me think back to a sighting I had recently of the Mashaba female’s youngest offspring. This 7 month old cub had only an impala leg as a play toy and yet it kept her entertained for ages. It reminded me of watching children who build extravagant houses from nothing but empty boxes and pillows and need only their own imagination and energy to keep them happy.
I hope that this clip brings you just as much joy as it bought me. Have a happy Tuesday everyone.

Is the cub a she? How exciting!! We were there in October and she played with a leg then too…must be her favorite toy LOL! So happy she is still alive and doing well. Can’t wait to see her again next month!
