Truly beautiful and touching promotional video!!!

I couldn’t agree with you more Patricia!

Very nice video.
The more I learn about the history, the more impressed I get about the commitments made to make Londolozi what it is.

Thank you Vin, it is so interesting learning more about our past as we look towards the future.

Miss Shannon, what a wonderful story about the women of Londolozi. It is a testament to how life can be lived when people work together with a common goal of love and respect for everyone and everything they encounter. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you William, It gave me great joy writing this piece and I am thrilled you enjoyed it too!

Shannon, you’ve written a story truly expressing the ethos of Londolozi and then the video was the crowning touch, graphically perfect and beautifully narrated. Thank you! As an aside, I loved all the photos but especially the last one of all the women gathered together, yet in the background it appears there was a gentleman who photo bombed the moment – possibly JV?

It is indeed JV in the background, good spot! The photograph you’ve pointed out was taken in our Londolozi Village whilst we gathered as staff to celebrate heritage day. Thank you so much Denise!

As we share our stories of women and womanhood we strengthen our bonds as Sisters…having actually known or not known each other personally. Especially enjoyed the photos of the beginnings!

We are delighted you enjoyed our stories and pictures, Camille!

Lovely blog, Shannon, and a touching video. Thank you to all the Londolozi women I know, have known and will yet meet. You have helped create my second home. ❤️

Thank you Mary, we are so lucky to be surrounded by such magical women. We are looking forward to welcoming you back home in the future!

It ‘s really nice that you present once a year or so an article on the women of Londolozi. Traveling to Londolozi must have been quite difficult indeed in the old days. But probably also a lot of fun.
Nowadays there are such highly sophisticated rooms and such a luxury service with all the five star requirements that it’s easy to forget that theoretically one is out in the bush. I guess, that the feeling of really being out in the bush was more real in those old days.

Thank you Christa, it is wonderful to celebrate those around us each year.

Thank you so much Jane, looking forward to seeing you soon.

A fantastic blog and great pics Shannon. Also I liked the narration describing Londolozi. Fascinating to see the early days and know what it has become today. Londolozi is a special place with special people living and working there. Thank you so much for sharing with us.

The early days were quite an adventure, and there really are wonderful people who make up Londolozi. We look forward to having you here again soon, Leonie.
