Thank you, Sean! Hope your first Christmas with your son is memorable! Merry Christmas and a Fabulous New Year to the Londolozi Family!

Thank you so much, Debra. It was an amazing Christmas thank you. I hope you had a wonderful day.

Merry Christmas Sean and everyone else at Londolozi. Have a great day.

Merry Christmas Tony. I hope you had a wonderful day too.

What a wonderful Christmas surprise Sean – a beautiful sighting of the Piccadilly young female, and wearing a new name. Ngungwe is an easy name to remember and fitting if she is spending a lot of time near the Sand River. It seems she has carved out a bit of territory near the lodges that is great news for guests and staff who are looking out from their decks with binoculars .
I was shocked to see her kill drop from the tree and the short time it took for that hyena to race in to claim it! It’s a shame, but at least she recovered a leg. She looks so much like her mother, with whom I spent an entire morning last year. Out of the couple of hundred I took of her, there wasn’t a bad one in the lot! By the way, has Xinkhova’s sister been named yet? She seems to be settling in well as a newly independent female, thanks to the great training by her mother. Next year should bring some terrific sightings of these newly independent leopards, if they can hang onto territory. Cheers!

Thank you so much, Denise. It was a great sighting of here and will be amazing if she settles in here and is found near to camp. The hyena was so quick to come running in and steal the carcass. Lucky hyena. The Xinkhova Female’s sibling has been renamed and we will put a post out on her soon.

A very happy Christmas to you, Sean, your own family and the greater Londolozi family!
What a sighting you had! Just being at the right spot at the right time to see the carcass fall off the tree and the hyena rush to it and steal it. Luckily this young leopard got back at least a leg of her hard earned meal.

Thank you so much, Christa. Merry Christmas to you too. It was an amazing sighting.

Hi there Merry Christmas to you all at Londolozi. Wishing you all a safe and peaceful day. Enjoy it however you spend it. I have just watched your video with the Ngunwe leopard. What a stunning, beautiful female she is! And what a fantastic sighting! Who is her mother? Apologies, I just cannot recall.

Thank you so much, Carol. Merry Christmas to you too. Her mother is the Piccadilly Female.

Hope you all had a fantastic Christmas day with your loved ones.
Truely special sighting – A Londolozi Christmas

Thank you so much, Gawie. Merry Christmas, I hope you had a splendid day.

Merry Christmas Sean, may you be truly blessed . Beautiful leopardess and good footage of her losing her kill to the hyena. Shame at least she got a leg to eat from the kill that she worked so hard to get. Beautiful foto’s of her as well.

Merry Christmas Valmai. I hope you had an amazing day and all the best for 2023. It was a stunning sighting.

Happy Christmas to you Sean as well as to Sam & Sebastian who appeared to be in the Christmas spirit. Thanks for the peek of both of them. Hope the 3 of you experience a wonderful 2023.
