Grew up in Johannesburg and attended school in Pretoria and after that studied Bsc Agricultural Science and Economics at The University of Pretoria. I grew up going to the bush a lot with my parents, and that is where my passion for wildlife initially came from. As I got older I started going to the bush less and less due to a heavy sporting schedule at school and then later on University commitments. I decided that after University I wanted to do something I wanted to do and not be straight into the 9-5 workspace. This led me to Londolozi and ultimately coming back to the bush and to something that was always special to me.
