Christina, your blogs always provide a pathway to peace and serenity. This promotes the healing of my body. Thank you for sharing your insights and practices.

Thank you for your words William. They mean so much more with the understanding of your own personal journey.

Great advice Christina! We will look forward to visiting you on our next visit!!!

Thank you Micheal and Terri. We look forward to welcoming you back .

I found your blog today to be quite informative and relevant to how most people are coping in today’s world. Stress is a culprit that can lead to anxiety, depression and other symptoms. Finding calmness today is not as easy as it used to be yet you’ve provided ways that we can utilize to find our own presence.
A question for you, only because I haven’t been successful in reaching anyone in Londolozi to direct my query. I’m planning to spend a week in Founders beginning in 15 days. This trip commences four weeks after lumbar back surgery. My surgeon believes I can successfully navigate my stay in Africa by taking precautions and resting as I go. I read with heightened interest about the PEMF therapeutic technology that uses the Bemer mat. Whilst I can’t take advantage of most of the therapies offered by The Healing House, this therapy could be perfect for me.
It’s always great to read a post from you!

Thank you Denise. We will reach out to you directly about options that can assist you as you travel and while you visit us. Our bodies are tremendously resilient especially when we keep a positive mindset. We look forward to having you visit us in the next few days in Founders Camp.

Hi Christina, I’m intrigued by the BEMER mat – is this quite new? Perhaps I’ll try it when I’m back early November!

Hi Suzanne, we look forward to welcoming you back in November. The Intentional Rest treatments which use the BEMER device are relatively new to our menu. They offer a wonderful alternative to traditional treatments. See you soon!

Christina, the Healing House is now the only place I receive treatments. No one else is as good as the Healing House staff. I am relaxed and then reenergised after a treatment.

Thank you for your kind words Cynthia. That is wonderful feedback.

Christina I am sure all the ways of resting and having peace of mind is there in the
bush and in your Healing Studio. I am sure you give all your clients the best treatment that there is to make them feel rejuvenated and rested.
