Thanks for a fantastic TWIP, Keagan. It’s hard to choose favourites when they’re all so good, but I’m going for all 3 of the Tinxiya female (in and climbing the strangler fig tree).
The Styx male looks like he’s come straight from the hairdressers !

Superb lion photography

Your photos are all fantastic. It’s hard to choose. The Kingfisher with the moon, or the baby Impala, or the three Kambula males walking with some purpose in mind? The lovely Tinxiya female or the Shingi male who is always so entertaining.? All of your photos are great, Keagan. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Keegan, it’s impossible to choose! All peculiar and perfectly captured, timely and interesting subjects and moves and expression. I’m glad you think as well that the Styx male is the best! I find him so perfectly matched with the beautiful Breakaway Female. Great pictures of the lion shaking his head and the Great Kambula males on march. Fantastic. Trust my paw on you is super. I love owlets of all species, one of the reason is indeed that you can hear them around but they’re not visible. This one makes a perfect view! The two elephant bulls, the buffalo cows (they are very pretty, a rather soft look) and the irresistible impala lamb are all magnificent. The leopard front is always full of beauty and interesting spots, like the Tinixia on the strangler fig (a tree that behaves like some sort of snake of the tree family!) And the Shingi male picking on ducks unaware of lurking danger. So many leopards unfortunately become crocodiles victims. Maybe his mother is still keeping an eye on him for this reason- he’s so much to learn. The Ximungwe female, the Three Rivers female in the mist and zebra at sunset complete the awesome canvas. Glad to see the Ndzenga male!

Hi Keagan all you images are stunning. Loved the Shingi leopard image and also the Stynx male lion. Hope he does not become crocodile food.

I agree with you the Styx male is the most handsome!!! The little kingfisher shot is super cool and the mum and calf ellies are my fave this week!

Thanks Keagan, very nice shots in that TWIP. Love the water bufalos in that sighting.

Is that the first kingfisher on the moon?

Fabulous photos this week Keagan! I wasn’t going to select any favorites because they are all special, but a few warrant mentioning. Your Giant Kingfisher is spectacular against the waxing moon, Tinxiya reclining on the tree branch,
and your fantastic portrait of the Styx male(he is definitely a stunning young lion!).

Love the variety this week Keagan! There were so many shots with interesting compositions, I can’t name a favorite.
