Wow, what a beautiful celebration of Londolozi and the New Year!
Happy New Year to all of you and Congratulation on this special anniversary!
I am so glad that I can celebrate a bit with Londolozi in April. Looking forward to it.

Thank you so much, Christa! It was such a special evening. We look forward to celebrating with you in April!

How Beautiful to bring us into the fold of Londolozi’s Celebration! Having experienced many safari camps Londolozi is the only one we have repeated. As I read about this special event under the ancient ebony the word “connection” kept resonating. Connection to the land, wildlife, conservation as well as connection to many peoples. Cheers to bottling more Starlight!!!

Cheers, Camille!!

I have been looking forward to this post for months, knowing there would be something spectacular to behold. I am so moved by the thoughtfulness with which your team designed and executed this incredible moment, and the words and wisdom shared. I only wish I could have been with you all to celebrate. Congratulations on 100 years of incredible contribution to the world.

Thank you for these generous words, Chelsea. This celebration was created with deep intention and gratitude for our wider Londolozi family, and it means so much to know it was felt even from afar. While we missed having you with us, your presence is very much part of our 100-year story.

I was just at Varty Camp late November, early December and I could feel the energy as if I was actually still there as I watched this incredible blog. Congratulations on Londolozi’s 100 year Celebration. It is justly deserved, and my heart celebrates its love and care to all animals and human beings.

We’re so glad the blog took you straight back to Varty Camp, Linda. Thank you for such kind words and for celebrating this milestone with us.

Hi Shannon, what a night to remember. All the decor and lanterns were absolutely stunning. Story telling by Boyd and Bronwyn are just the best as they grew up on Londolozi. What a fantastic atmosphere there must of been and having the Londolozi ladies Choir singing as well. Congratulations to Londolozi for 100 years of existence and with each passing year, just got so much better. Today Londolozi is a world renowned Safari Lodge with exceptional staff and qualities. Happy New Year to you Shannon.

It really was a night to remember — the lanterns, the stories, the choir… it all came together in such a magical way. We’re so glad you could feel a bit of the atmosphere from afar, and your kind words mean the world. And a very Happy New Year to you too, Valmai.

Beautiful! HNY and HBD!

Thank you, Anita! Wishing you a fabulous 2026!

Brilliantly written and assembled Shannon!!!

Thank you so much, Bob and Lucie.

Just fabulous, as always! I’m so looking forward to my visit in April when I can join in the 100 years celebration and……

Thank you, Denise. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in April!

Shannon,
This story is deeply moving. Reading this took us right back… beneath that amazing tree on the Varty Deck, under the stars, in the place that so beautifully takes us away from the intensity of the work we do and returns us to what truly matters. For nearly two decades, Londolozi has been our emotional center, a reminder of how life can be lived when land, people, and purpose are in harmony.

The celebration looked incredibly beautiful and thoughtfully conceived. We know how hard the Londolozi team works to do everything with such intention, and it shows in every detail. The family speeches must have been especially powerful, and we have no doubt the food, wines, and spirits were as stellar as the setting itself. Congratulations on this extraordinary centennial moment… a legacy felt not just in years, but in hearts. We so look forward to celebrating with you in July!!

Michael and Terri, this made us smile from ear to ear! You’ve captured the magic of Londolozi perfectly — the tree, the stars, the pause from the busy world. It means so much to hear that the celebration resonated so strongly with you, and we can’t wait to share more moments (and maybe a toast or two) with you in July.
