That is wonderful to hear, Mary Beth! We’re so glad those Easter memories at Londolozi have stayed with you.

Beautiful photo of the family of Londolozi. Everything looked so beautiful and full of joy. Lovely drinks and delicious food.

Thank you, Valmai —it was a truly special gathering.

As every year, a unique and beautiful Easter brunch. Wonderful memories of Easter brunches at Londolozi.

Thank you, Christa. It means a lot to know that the tradition continues to bring you joy!

Celebrating Easter at Londolozi is always special and once you’ve completed the morning drive that evolves into the most magical brunch, you will never forget the experience. Easter 2021 introduced me to so many wonderful people and the transformation of the Varty Lawn into a garden paradise, but one of the highlights was experiencing my first Jaffle – the gooey cheese paired with delicious tomatoes and basil as well as the sumptuous bacon, egg and cheese combo. I was hooked and now there’s not a Jaffle that I don’t want to meet. Thanks JS, you know who you are. But the brunch is so much more than the market stalls set up to satisfy every taste – it’s a time to celebrate. For the northern hemisphere the beginning of spring and for South Africa, looking forward to winter and the beauty that unfolds in the months ahead. It is a rebirth, from one season to another no matter where you live and there is joy to be experienced in the days ahead.

Denise, your words capture the spirit of the day so well. And yes, once you’ve had a proper Jaffle, there’s no going back!

It’s always a treat to see the creativity behind this annual tradition. It brings back find memories of our first day there, which happened to be Easter.

Chelsea, we’re glad it brought back those memories. What a wonderful way to be introduced to Londolozi.
