Truly magnificent sightings! F O M O for some when sightings are scarce. But then again there is always something to see, whether BIG or small.

Fantastic viewing – and as always when the viewing involves three species of cats , my question is “wot, no caracal?”

Chris, What a fantastic string of luck you had! It’s amazing that you saw all that in one day!

Chris your images are good and you had a good run for a few days. There is always something to see in the bush, being it lions or antelope or whatever, it is amazing to be able to see wild animals in their own environment. Such a privilege to see them and you as a Ranger that lives on Londolozi ground is so fortunate to be there everyday.

I had never heard of a Purple Patch until a few blogs ago. Now that I know, it’s interesting to realize that I’ve been fortunate to experience many Purple Patches, and especially in Londolozi. Your accompanying images are great, leading me to believe your guests returned to camp with huge smiles and many stories!
