Many of you who follow our Instagram page will have noticed a surge in our Instagram Stories.
During this difficult time of travel, we are trying to keep guests – both past and future – as well as anyone else who feels drawn to the African bush, in touch with what is going on out in the field.
To that end, aside from our usual Friday Photo Gallery, The Week in Pictures, we will be posting a weekly video highlights package showcasing the best of what our content team has managed to capture from the previous seven days.
We are still refining the process and the format (the video is best viewed on IG Stories), but should soon hit our stride.
Keep checking in, keep in contact, and through these videos, stay connected to the magic that is Londolozi and the African wild…
Fantastic idea. Watching the video it felt as if I was on that game drive vechile. Can’t wait for the next video. Will definitely look at the Instagram stories.
Just had a look at the new Instagram story. Loved it. I never really look at any stories. Sometimes you just need a reminder to have a look at what you are missing. Will now try and watch it everyday. Pictures are fantastic but the videos are exciting.
This is a great idea and I watched it first thing this morning on Instagram. Although I was to have arrived there in a few days, I can enjoy your photos, stories and videos, knowing I will return after this pandemic is finally over and my fractured arm is cleared for photographing and travel once again. Thank you!!
By the way, no blog this am… I had to go to yesterday’s blog and tap into Sunday’s. Any clue why? Thank you hames.
well done the whole Londolozi team for keeping up your reports during these unprecedented times.
it is a lovely distraction for many from daily news reports. we were with you just 7 weeks ago which now seems a different era.
Looks like a leopard mother had taken the kill
James, what a great video – I watched it from beginning to end. I felt I felt that I was on the game drive🤗
How do I get on your instigram page?
Hi Joa,
Visit http://www.instagram.com and sign up for an account. It’s probably far easier to just download the app on your phone…
What a fantastic idea – thank you James, you’re quite a movie star! It really makes one feel you are there, and I think we all wish we could be right now. Best wishes to all of you, and stay safe (that includes not being killed by an elephant or anything else)!
This is Exciting! We really enjoyed the video from here in our self-quarantine isolation, especially since we were scheduled to be with you soon. It really had the feeling of multiple drives with all the action and sounds of the sightings and the background noises of the bush! Thank you, James and team! Your efforts were more than worthwhile!! More, mire, please!
What a great video
