You can never predict the future, it is not a gift that is possessed by human kind. One can never wake up with an exact path described, planned and executed. There is too much in the world that can change your course and alter the way your path winds. The bush is the same. Each of us head out every morning with some sort of plan, however, we all know inside that nothing out here can be guaranteed. This is what we live for and what, as a guest, one experiences. This is what drives us to explore. There are never 2 alike, 2 days, 2 guests, 2 drives, 2 sunsets. It is always a new and exciting adventure. This is how we strive to live our lives in this wilderness. Taking each step with anticipation and with an open mind. Come and live our week of surprises with us. The week in pictures!!!

Hello Mike, Trevor and Josh,
thanks for sharing these awesome pictures. So we are able to imagine all the beauty and fascination you experience in the bush.
I’ve got a question concerning the Majingilane’s. Did you hear something of a battle with the Selati’s and the outcome?
Regards,
Dan
Hi Dan, we have only heard speculation regarding the Majingilane Males and there recent battle. What we have heard is that they went very far into the Western sector, chasing the Selati Males, apparently 1 of these males has been sick recently and was not in good shape to hold up in a fight. 2 of the Selati males were chased into Ottawa and the other, the injured male, has been unaccounted for. This is all we currently know!
Mike
Thanks Mike for your response.
Yet another wonderful week at Londolozi. Stunning photographs – only wish there were more.
As the picture scrolled into view, I knew it was the Mashaba young female. Why? Because we saw her in March 2013 draped across a branch staring at us while her mom was totally relaxed. Can’t wait to see her again in September. When is she going to get her own name?
Beautiful. I really like these weekly emails although I cannot always read/look at every one. It’s gorgeous. Thanks.
Thank you for sharing.. What a wonderful week you have had. Cats, ellies, snakes and birds.. Hope you have another stellar week in paradise!
Beautiful images!!!!
Thanks…
How can I possibly chose one favourite – love them all as they are all different. But a I would love to capture the Malinjilane males together, they are amazing. Thank you for starting my Saturday morning in Sydney so well ….. Just looking forward to planning another trip to Londo, in the photographic vehicle this time!
The little cub is my favourite as well Mike. So sweet. Every one is a great picture though, from the gorgeous sunrise to the beautiful eyes of the Mashaba young female. Nice also, to see the close bond between the Majingilane coalition. What a great week of pictures!
