The new lunch at Londolozi’s Private Granite Suites originated because we wanted to create a menu which exudes indulgence, flare and magic yet remains true to the simplistic flavors and traditions of wilderness cooking. Under the shade of the Marula Trees at the Private Granite Suites, this is what we served to our guests…
Just an avocado with a squeeze of lime, maldon salt and crushed black pepper
Caprese & aubergine stack with basil oil
African waldorf salad with Londolozi sexy salad dressing
Dullstroom Rainbow Trout, sourced locally, with baby potatoes and micro salad
Plate of chargrilled Tiger Prawns with garlic butter and chili oil
Fillet steak with skinny rosemary fries and a pan African hollandaise
Londolozi lamb burger with minted tzatziki, slow cooked tomato sheeba and skinny fries
Scottish salmon on lemongrass skewers with herbed cous cous and homegrown watercress
Chargrilled pineapple with preserved fig and drizzled with ginger syrup

It’s 8:30 in the morning in Massachusetts and NOW I’m hungry for dinner!!! Looks Delicious…can only imagine how wonderful it tastes relaxing under the Marulas watching the animals come to the river!
