Oh James, I am so glad that the “guest” had first option on what he preferred to watch, my choice would also have been the snake. What a magnificent specimen it is – with a head that big, I would say your guess of 4m would be accurate, but he did look a little thin! Thank you for sharing those beautiful pictures & the write-up! You are missed when you go on leave 🙂

oh MY !!! as this is a rare sight I am certain you are all glad you stayed around ! amazing . . .

Would LOVE to have seen that snake! Very glad, however that none of the cubs became its next meal! A very good lesson learned by them at a young age! It reminds me of the video shot by JV of the Mother Leopard chasing down a python who had consumed her cub! Thanks for sharing!

Handsome snake! 13 feet for those of us in the US. (someday we do have to convert to Metric!)
Around 20 seconds or so for the snake to make it out of the frame of the video.
