Chris Kane-Berman (Stoff) first visited Londolozi in 1987 and joined the Londolozi Ranging team in 1991. He guided for five years before being promoted to Head Ranger. He held this position for two years before taking up a full-time management position.
During this time Dave Varty founded Conservation Corporation Africa (CCA) and Stoff then spent the next two decades working at many of the CCA lodges, and was regional director of Phinda Private Game Reserve. He left in 2006 to return to Londolozi, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a management style which could transform the Londolozi family business into a dynamic operation under a new generation of leadership.
