Sitting on one of the Londolozi decks, at your private plunge pool or whilst out on safari, there really is no better way to quench your thirst than with a Gin & Tonic. We challenged our talented camp managers to see who could come up with the most exciting and original Gin & Tonic experience. At the end of last year we brought you Cry Sithole’s ‘Pink Gin’ as well as Graeme Gullacksen’s rather different ‘Strawberry, Basil and Black Pepper Gin’. Representing now from the ladies’ corner is Victoria Hughes, who promises to close off the Gin Blog Series with a bang.
To satisfy our competitive curiosity, we need to know which of the three would be your choice for a scorching summer’s afternoon safari?
Enjoy!

I’ll take Cry’s pink gin concoction but: Tanqueray Rangpur with Fever Tree tonic/quinine……beats all!
Thanks Judy. We’ll have to give that one a try next time you’re here. Hope you’re well!
Looks good. What syrup is added?
Hi Sepp. Thanks for the comment. Victoria actually made this syrup herself from a concoction of water and sugar. Hope this helps..
That one looks good too, but I have to go with Graeme’s unusual combination of strawberries, basil and black pepper gin and tonic…fantastic!
