Michael, I loved the story of two leopards meeting and sizing each other up🤗

Good stuff…never had a leopard charge a Land Rover, but have had them snarl at us from a tree limb. Thanks.

What a fabulous story! Even from afar, it’s exhilarating! As stated, “the Senegal Bush male revealed himself in spectacular fashion, charging our vehicle with a menacing snarl. It was a hair-raising but thrilling end to a challenging search, and we caught our breath in a clearing up the road while observing this skittish male leopard from a safe distance.” – I was so ready to read something more frightening! .. I guess the animals know to behave themselves in front of guests! HA!

Thanks for another great update and story! You had our hearts racing too just thinking about the to leopards colliding! Glad you got to the top of Ximpalapala – it is a special place for us where we have watched multiple memorable sunsets!

How exciting for you and the guests!! Great image of the dung beetle.

A heart stopping blog Michael. Hopefully the two “boys” sorted their differences out and both went unscathed. Life is tough in the bush. Thanks for sharing with us.
