This is a fairly large bird. I think that’s fairly obvious given its size relative to the tree in the foreground.
I won’t say much more than that. It’s tricky as the sleek, from-behind profile doesn’t give much to go on, but there’s enough evidence here to arrive at the right answer…just.

Female or juvenile bateleur eagle? Alternatively snake eagle?

Tawny or Steppe Eagle?
Seems like a raptor of some sort, but I’ll await your reveal!
I think it is a Martial Eagle. Based on size and colouration that can be seen
