Amazing video. Inspiring. It is for us a wonderful feeling of belonging to be part of the Londolozi family.

Dave, I love Londolozi, I would go every year if I could. We have been 4 times already and we will come in 2020 celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary.
I love how you represent family, it is such a special place – and most people feel like it is family when they return from Londolozi!

What wonderful, inspiring thoughts, Dave. As we here in the US prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving, you have reminded us of the many “families” of which we are a part – locally, regionally, nationally and across the world. We are looking forward to celebrate And give thanks at our home this week and at our African home, Londolozi, in April!

Your words are extremely thought provoking, not just for this holiday season but as a reminder to be thoughtful of all those around you…. my first trip to Londolozi just a year ago has spawned yet another trip for a longer period of time come March. I’m into the family feeling and of course looking forward to viewing more of my favorite leopards. Cheers to all of you!!

When we arrive at Londolozi it is just like going to visit the family. Over a few years we have added new family members and enjoyed the improvements. We look forward to arriving and are always a by sad to leave. A merry Christmas and wonderful 2029 to you all. Victoria

Family. That is why my heart stays at Londolozi even when I’m 12 time zones away. Mahalo for embracing us in your Londolozi ohana. Happy holidays!

Londolozi = “Family” + ubuntu = Hawaiian “ohana” which means “related either biologically or spiritually”. The world-over, the meaning is the same. Treat all beings as if they were part of your immediate family and the world would be a far more intimate place … much like Londolozi succeeds in being. We love everything Londolozi represents and the manner it manifests itself. Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Definitely a feeling of “family,” particularly after multiple visits.

What a lovely Blog Dave. Your sentiments produced a few tears in my eyes. The Londolozi Family is fantastic and it is a credit to all of you. I have never had the pleasure of visiting Londolozi and likely never will, but I so enjoy reading the blogs and learning about the staff, while catching up on the iconic animals. How nice that you are involved in bringing education to the surrounding children – these kids will go on to bigger and better things with this under the belts. I wish each and every member of the Londolozi family a very Merry Christmas and a safe, happy and Healthy 2020. Salut!!

Wonderful video, Dave, already looking forward to coming back next November. And congratulations on your World Cup win, it was totally deserved (said through slightly gritted teeth, but then I am English!)
