We are very proud and excited to introduce Londolozi’s brand new Executive Chef: Anna Ridgewell. Anna grew up in Zimbabwe before training at Silwood in Cape Town. Having worked at many of the Cape’s top restaurants as well as Southern Africa’s top luxury lodges over the past decade, Anna is an accomplished and imaginative Exec Chef.
Spellbound by the magic of the bush, she recently left Cape Town to join the Londolozi family and create exceptional African cuisine for our guests. Say’s Anna

The Shangaan staff have always inspired me, and one of the main reasons I’m loving being back is the chance to continue training and lifting this team to the next level (and many more!).”
