Easter spells out beauty, the rare beauty of new life – S.D. Gordon
Her skin had melted into the grainy sand. Standing quietly and nervously the rough skinned Agama turned to dig more of the granules out a hole in the ground so that she could lay her clutch of eggs. It only took 10 minutes and she had completed the task. Stark, truthful and vulnerable, this was the perfect metaphor for easter…Buried in the ground was the promise of new life sealed in an egg. They will hatch shortly and so begin their journey into life. With each breath they will be a presence of change in this world and so live with the same potential each of us do everyday.
Londolozi wishes you all a very Happy and Safe Easter 2010
