“I feel like I’m not doing enough when I’m feeding this safari camp alone. We need to have other people coming from other areas to learn. They should know that we have nice vegetables that we are growing from rhino dung.”
Liza de Guia of Food.Curated recently spent some time with the Londolozi family. In between game drives and fine dining, she interviewed Londolozi’s Head Gardener, Kenneth Jazi, to find out how he successfully uses Rhino Dung to grow the best vegetables at Londolozi.
It is nice to learn something that is done differently from anther country that we don’t know about,,, I loved the topic on ur gardening…thanx
I LOVE THIS!!! Kenneth is a genious! Aside from using easily accessible dung, he is growing completely natural vegetables with no chemicals (which taste great!). In addition, he is giving rhinos GREAT press! Way to go!
