Thanks for the update, Sean. Exciting times!

Sean. For how long will lions (or others) feed on the giraffe carcass? When does the meat go ‘bad’? Thanks. Elizabeth

The meat will go bad pretty quickly, lions would probably feed on it for a few days but once it goes to bad then they would move on.

Thank you, Sean, for another great video on the lion coalitions of Londolozi. It is interesting, how many such coalitions exist and are always wandering around, finding new territories to establish themselves in. I’m always looking forward to new updates on these lions. Exciting times ahead!

It is going to be very exciting.

Thanks, Sean, for the update on the lions. This will unfold in the future and be very interesting to observe.

It is going to be very interesting.

Hi Sean, well there will certainly be a fight off between these magnificent lions. Thanks for the update. Ntsevu pride of 3 or 4 seem to be larger and have at least each other to help fight for dominance. But it will be a hectic fight. I still remember the magnificent Othawa male, when he was killed I was so sad. But that is nature and only the strongest survive.

There is going to be a big clash at some point but who will come out on top.

Hi Sean, lions dynamics are always so exciting, in this case there are two coalitions of younger males and one of glories of the past… I noticed that the Avoca male miss a canine. Anyway they can survive and even thrive if they stay together. The Three Rivers female Story is particularly touching, I hope her adorable daughter will grow up with her. I just watched a short video of mighty buffalos chasing away lions, they look exceptionally good, when the grass is green and they are so strong it must be a difficult time for lions. Buffalo are great fighters. Hopefully the newcomers will not clash with the Ndzenga males, being cubs around. I wonder how are the Tsalala female and her cubs….

It is always exciting when trying to follow along with the lion dynamics. The Three Rivers Story is a touching one indeed.

Terrific update Sean on the ever changing lion dynamics in Londolozi. As you stated, there are exciting times ahead for at least one of these coalitions. Currently I would would put my bet on the Ntsevu breakaways, if I was a betting person. The Birmingham genes are strong as we observed in their fathers so with a bit of time, they may stay around and try their luck.

There are some exciting times ahead. We will have to wait and see what happens.

I am guessing that the Ntsevu breakaway males will become the dominant coalition. But who knows what will occur. Wonderful video Sean.

We have always said that there is more drama in Lion warfare, than any of the “housewives” shows on TV! Thanks for the update!

Thanks for that nice update- still be interesting

Fascinating developments on the lion front Sean! Looking forward to updates as to how this all plays out!
