Lyrically and poetical written – evokes awe, a deep sense of the interconnectedness of life and brings one to a contemplative place of the meaning of all this in our own lives. Thank you so much, Jess. This was soulful writing.

Absolutely fascinating, Jess, this blog about the secret life of plants and fungi. If undisturbed, nature really knows best.

Jess, this is a real poem of vegetation and hiphae hidden life… I read a lot about this, also books by Stefano Mancuso, he’s a pioneer that is disregarded by some scientists but his findings are pure magic, as your description and pictures are. This brings light and warmth in a world that is getting colder and cruel…. thank you for this true fairytale!

What an eye opener Jess. Never realized that this is happening right beneath your feet. Very interesting and I have learned something today. Mycelium is the fungi and reporting plants and seeing those long strands, I used to say it is there roots. Interesting to read how they communicate with other trees and help and protect each other. We have a Wonderful God who created all of this for our benefit, for making sure life in the trees carry on.

Truly astonishing. Thank you, Jess.

Jess, thanks for the information about the mycelium network. Our world is truly interconnected and we should all work to help everything and everyone around us.

I totally agree
