on Why An African Christmas?

Anyone thinking about a trip during the holidays should definitely consider an African safari. Your description of what to expect is spot on Jemma. As one who travels solo, I experienced the most magical journey during my stay in SabiSand. My Christmas Eve surprise was a serval at my doorstep. Christmas Day included a champagne brunch on the beach ( next to Sand River)… instead of donning sweats and puffers, you’re in shorts and tee shirts! The vegetation is green and lush and the animals are ready for your visit. I was a single traveler but was never alone nor felt like I was missing Xmas – the staff is family replacement. Terrific story Jemma.

Great stuff..takes an effort to write and photograph this journal each day I’m sure, but much enjoyed…Keep it up in 2023

Why not indeed! Thank you for the beautiful pictures and the invitation to spend Christmas at Londolozi.

I’ll never tire of your videos. They’re always so well produced and send chills up my spine every time. I wish I could be there for Christmas (or forever, to be honest). ❣️

Christmas at Londolozi sounds absolutely awesome. I am sure you all will have a wonderful time celebrating the most awesome time of the year, in a peaceful surrounding filled with animals, birds and the staff of Londolozi that is there to see you have the best stay ever.

Hi Jemma who’s that leopard? She / he stole my heart! Rangers with the land-rover among buffaloes is impressing… you must know them really well, and, most of all, they must know you well! Finding lions surely causes deep feelings. I’d be elated to see- and hear! – them at night!

To belong, to feel loved , to show you care. And at a setting like Londolozi.. truely special indeed.

I loved spending Christmas at Londolozi. Londolozi is ever on my mind. So from
Hawai’i I say

Mele Kalikimaka.

A Christmas at Londolozi, in the African bush is just such a splendid idea.
I would consider doing it if there were not my personal family here at home.
Spending any time of the year on safari is just the most wonderful experience one can have!

I would come on safari happily any time any day!

Beautiful video! Anytime you can go on a African safari is a gift.

Wishing I was back already! Hope you all enjoy a wonderful Holiday season!

I love Londolozi but I fear it would be too hot for me at Christmas time.
