It is common for guests to request specific rangers on a return visit to Londolozi. So we were not surprised when Sheena and Peter Insull requested ranger Byron Serrao and tracker Judas Ngobene for their second visit to Londolozi. What we were surprised about and found incredibly amusing, was when they got off the airplane at the Londolozi airstrip with ‘TEAM BYRON’ hats on! Sheena and Peter Insull were with us at Tree Camp last month on their second visit to Londolozi and here is what they had to share with us…

Looks like you saw it all! Isn’t it fun to go home and compose a movie like this? It keeps the experience alive a little while longer.
Hooollllleee smokes did you guys have an epic 4 days!! Getting to see the leopards climbing on the fallen tree, the cheetah cubs active, the wild dogs and the hyenas interacting, and wild dogs AGAIN, the Sparta pride on a kill, the Eagle kill, the Hippo out of the water in daylight, the elephants interlocking their trunks, the giraffes necking… Wow! Wow! Wow! Lucky Lucky Lucky! Awesome video!
Thanks Rae, we certainly had an incredible time. It is a magical place, wonderful sightings and lovely people.
I totally agree! I was just there 8 days (left a week ago on the 3rd) for the second time and I have seen some amazing and epic things, but I am just blown away by all the things you saw in such a short time that were so rare, most of which I have not been blessed to see [yet]! 🙂
Great presentation! Five months and some days …such a long time to wait for my next vidit.
Fabulous. Thanks for sharing. I am returning for my third time to Londolozi. I have seen many leopard but never have seen the Sparta pride or the Cheetahs. I am very excited.
Really looking forward to having you with us in a few weeks Irene. Counting down the days!!! rich
That was FANTASTIC! Those lucky people seeing the very best of African wildlife! What I was most impressed by was the wild dog\hyena interaction! I never would have thought they would get that close to each other! Thanks for sharing!
Sorry….not proofreading my typing. The word should be visit….not vidit
Haha no problem Judy 🙂
Beautiful video, stills and sightings! Love the Team Byron caps. Hilarious and just what Byron needs to help his low self esteem 😉
Tell us about it Courtney!!
