Meet the newest member of the Londolozi Blog Team: James Crookes. James was schooled in the Natal Midlands where he was exposed to an outdoor lifestyle from a young age. His early memories are of family holidays in the Kruger National Park and the Tuli Block in Botswana. After qualifying as a chartered accountant at the end of 2009, James followed his passion and moved to the bush. With a passion for leopards, the Sabi Sand Reserve was the obvious choice. He started his rangers training course at the beginning of 2010, during which time he gained exposure to different wildlife areas, including the Sabi Sand, Kruger National Park and Malilangwe concession.
His soul, however, was in the Sabi Sand and he had always dreamed of being a part of Londolozi. James returned to the Sabi Sand and started at Londolozi in January 2012. He has been guiding, blogging and photographing ever since.
Thank you for your work, James!!!

James thanks so much for an amazing safari. We felt very honored to be part of your game drives with your enthusiasm for the animals, and more so for leopard sightings.
