Sam Shriver

Writer

Sam Shriver is a visiting contributor to Londolozi. This winter he is writing a weekly post reflecting on his first experiences in the bush. This collection of thought pieces looks at getting back to our roots in the wild and rediscovering wholeness.

Sam is also working on village building with the reserves’ 2020 Vision project which is creating a community exemplifying how people can efficiently coexist with the natural world.

Sam is passionate about redefining masculinity, traditionally a measure of power and control, and what it means to be a man in modern society. He comes to us from Washington, D.C. and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Boston College.
