Part of our big drive towards sustainability throughout Londolozi has been the development of a nursery and vegetable gardens in the Londolozi village. These hotspots are the foundations of a greater goal to decrease our carbon footprint whilst increasing the sustainability of organic foods and local champions’ income. The vegetables grown by the individuals at Londolozi are bought by the kitchen to ensure that fresh, organic produce is always being served to our guests. It is comprised of many small, achievable acts of kindness to the planet that generate momentum for the collective consciousness and culture.
