Congratulations to the Tailless2! She spent the last two years successfully raising her sister’s 4 cubs to maturity, against the odds. Hopefully her niece and perhaps the nephews will help her with the new little ones!

Is the Tsalala pride also safe from Mhathsipiri males since the matimba are gone the cubs have no fathers for protection do the Mhathshipiri venture close to tsalala territory ?

sad to hear about the 2nd male ostrich being killed. I didn’t realize he had even stuck around after the other male won the heart of the female. Glad though the ostrich family is still thriving. truly look forward to reading the Londolozi blog every day.
