Oh Amy that was lovely! What would you have done if he’d opened the door with his trunk? 🙂 I do envy you in that wilderness, but enjoy the privilege of seeing your posts every day – a treat! Thank you & have a great week 🙂

Thanks Wendy! Luckily my door isn’t quite big enough for him to have fitted inside so it wouldn’t have been too much of a problem 🙂 Would have been an interesting turn of events though. Hope you have a great start to the week.

Magical. I remember being on my paddle board in Australia only to be joined by two dolphins who decided to swim either side of me. We paddle along together for about 10 minutes. One of the best experiences of my life. Oh to have this time with an elephant. I will make it to Londolozi one day.

Thanks Janice. I totally agree with you regarding the dolphins. I’ve had similar experiences with them and they certainly do seem to make an effort to interact with you. We really are very lucky to share these moments with wild animals.

What a great close up experience to see every wrinkle, every blink of an eyelid; and thank you for your philosphy as we go about our daily lives.
