Mike I know how frustrated you must have been not to get the shots, but Sarah and Jordan did a great job, well done.

I love this blog — everyday. Such amazing narrative and shots; events I can only imagine until you bring them into my home…thank you. That leopard, I could gaze at it for days….

I also have to mention that I caught Boyd Varty’s TED talk today — given only a few hours after Mandela’s passing. A must see for many reasons….Londolozi is a very special place.

Wow, what an exciting adventure! I love your insight into how this young cub must be feeling about her incredible kill! I hope she got to enjoy it this time without interference from Hyena!

Thank you Sarah & Jordan for sharing these beautiful pictures with us. Thank you to Mike for the beautiful, heartfelt narrative & also thanks for leaving your camera behind, as you will forever remember this sighting as it is in your mind & not the camera’s lens!!!

Wow.. .What am incredible sighting!

Mike was it too wet for your camera? Guess its as good a time as any for a professional (waterproof) camera…. (any reason is a good reason!), and your photos certainly justify it.
