Yummy Elmon and Anna – look forward to tasting your Potjie when we visit Londolozi – nothing tastes better than a Potjie which is authentically cooked over the coals! Something delicious to share and over which to mull over the sightings of a game drive.

Would love the recipe! I’m writing a cook book (it’s the foods of our family) and since Londolozi is such a special part of our family, I would love to include this in my book!

Thanks! And Jeff and I will be visiting next Jan/Feb and would love to try this special dish!

Best, Jenifer
