James Tyrrell

Photographic Guide/Media Team

James had hardly touched a camera when he came to Londolozi, but his writing skills were well developed, and he was quickly snapped up by the Londolozi blog team as a result. An environment rich in photographers helped him develop the photographic skills he needed to start capturing some great images, and recent months have seen him make the move from stills photography into film as well. Going into semi-retirement on the guiding front this year saw James move into a far more permanent role in the Londolozi Creative Hub, joining Rich on the creative team and focusing his efforts on producing media content for the Londolozi online space. Over his five years at Londolozi James has built up an intimate knowledge of the leopards in the area, and with this being his forte, we can expect some fantastic footage of the Leopards of Londolozi coming the way of the blog.
