Gorgeous pics Simon and Mike. I love the early morning misty shot, the leopard descending the marula and the elephant dust bath.

Elephant dust bath takes the cake for me … don’t know why, but it just does! 🙂

Beautiful photos Mike and Simon. Love the photo of the impala ram in the early morning light. I have to say that one of my favourite parts about winter in the bush is the light: the colours of the savannah are incredible, and great for photography. Thanks again!

Thank you, Mike and Simon. My week ends again with pictures of the most wonderful place on Earth–Londolozi. No favorite picture–all are wonderful and bring a smile to my face.

Ohhh, I love the pic of the elephant with the cloud of sand over it’s back!
But actually, this week I have many favorite pictures. I love the Impala in morning light. I love the landscape. The Tamboti young female in the tree. The buffalo horns in the evening light…
I think that what I love most of winter is the light and colors.

Thank you for a gorgeous week in pictures!

As always a wonderful pictorial on the Londolozi bush! What a beautiful time of year. Although I am not sure there is a time of year when beauty is not to be found in abundance! Thank you for sharing.

There are some crackers there, the buffalo shot is really good-they play havoc with the metering on a camera. I never believed the stories about old male grumpy buffaloes until one day ….

The impala photo is really good, the most widely seen animal but who stops to get a photo and how often will they hang around to get their pictures taken?
