The Good Work Foundation, in association with Londolozi Game Reserve, Chad Cocking Wildlife Photography and Krugerpark.com, is pleased to announce the winner of the GWF raffle which ran during February 2012. Congratulations goes to our winner:
Katherine Siobhan Pearson
The draw took place this last weekend, with Maya Groch, picking the lucky winner from the bowl of raffle entries. An incredible total of close to R 40 000 was raised during the month and this money will be put to use in the rural learning centres located in the communities surrounding the Sabi Sands Game Reserve. Keep tuned into the Good Work Foundation Blog to see the progress as it unfolds and be sure to LIKE the Good Work Foundation’s Facebook page.
Here is a video of the actual draw taking place.
The Good Work Foundation’s sincerest thanks go to everyone who entered the raffle and played their part in doing good work. The contributions you have made are truly making a difference in the lives of rural people throughout Mpumalanga and the rest of South Africa.
We would also like to thank Londolozi Game Reserve for sponsoring the prize, as well as Krugerpark.com and Chad Cocking Wildlife Photography for their partnership in this raffle. Thank you guys!!!
Much Love,
Kate Groch and the Good Work Foundation
Congratulations Siobhan!!!
Just want to say a big thank you to Londolozi (and Rich Laburn in particular for all your effort), Krugerpark.com and the GWF for everything you have all done to make this possible…but most importantly to all of you out there that supported the raffle and helped raise this money that is no doubt going to fantastic cause!
It has been well worth giving up a couple of days of my “pleasure” (will still have to come visit you guys one day!!!) to know that this prize has hopefully helped change the lives of many others…thanks so much for this opportunity!
Regards
Chad Cocking
Hi Everyone,
THANK YOU a million times for this amazing prize – we cannot wait and I’ve already started planning our route to get there, what camera to take etc etc etc! More importantly though, THANK YOU for the outstanding generosity from Chad Cocking, Londolozi & Krugerpark.com. R40,000 is a fantastic achievement that I know will make a difference to those kids lives.
All the best,
Siobhan
Congratulations Siobhan, and here’s wishing you a wonderful time at Londolozi (guaranteed, it is an amazing experience…)
Congrats to the winner – very sad it wasn’t me but that’s ok – I’ll come back anyway. Congrats to Siobhan, Londolozi for sponsoring and to the Good Work Foundation!!!
